My Therapy Modalities

CBT: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

DBT: Dialectical Behavior Therapy

ACT: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

I incorporate ACT by helping you clarify your core values and work through internal barriers. We focus on taking consistent, value-driven action toward a more meaningful life.
